• We reserve the right to refuse content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or that is offensive or unlawful.

4. Product Variations

Natural materials such as wood, slate, bamboo, and leather may vary in color, grain, texture, and engraving appearance. Slight differences in print color, engraving depth, and placement are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.
• If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery
